Small Changes, BIG IMPACT
The big question framing the day is 'WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?
We would like you to be reflecting on this big question throughout the day - from different points of view. What's in it for YOU, as the educator. What's in it for your learners? What's in it for the parents/carers? What's in it for EVERYONE?
How can the day help you to think more deeply? How can the day help you to make more connections? How can the day inspire what you do on Monday? How can the day result in small changes that have a BIG impact?
You will all be at different points on your Critical Skills journey. The day will give you all an opportunity to reflect, connect and progress on this journey. In 2023, we talked about the WHY of Critical Skills. We also talked about linking learning experiences.
This year, we will think more deeply about using Critical Skills on a daily basis in your practice in order to achieve learning goals. How can Critical Skills be the foundation and the glue of your curriculum?

Preparation
To get the most from the day, it will be helpful to come prepared.
Please bring an example of your week's timetable - printed or written on A4 paper. This does not need to have lots of detail.
